New Application Fees for Residence and Work Permits
From 1 January 2020, the Swedish Migration Agency has implemented an increase in the application fees for residence and work permits. Our certificate with Migrationsverket remains unchanged and applications for work permits are still prioritized by default. Most fees for applications of the aforementioned permits will be increased.
The change affects the following:

| EU Blue Card, first time application | SEK 2,000 |
| ICT work permit, first time application | SEK,2,000 |
| Extension of work permit, ICT permit, EU Blue Card | SEK 2,000 |
| Residence permit, accompanying spouse | SEK 1,500 |
| Residence permit, accompany child | SEK 750 |
If an application for a residence permit or work permit is submitted after 31 December 2019, the new fees will apply. Outgoing applications already paid for will not be affected by the change.
